Commonwealth Games 2010 Games Village
A picturesque site spreading over 63.5 hectare (158.4 acre) in Delhi will make the centre of attraction during Commonwealth Games 2010 with its high-end amenities. Declared as Commonwealth Games Village, this site is being prepared by Emaar - MGF Land Private Limited, a joint venture between Emaar Properties PJSC Dubai and MGF Development Limited of India. The Government has estimated an expenditure of USD 230.7 million for the development of this site along the eastern bank of River Yamuna.

Deadlines
The village is also called 'Green Building'. As per the deadline set by Delhi Development Authority (DDA), all the sports venues will be completed by December 2009.
